Knowledge Management Program 2018 addresses Industry 4.0 and Leadership 4.0
The meeting of the Knowledge Management Program was held on May 26 and 27 at Hotel DeVille, in Porto Alegre. The Leader's Academy event has been taking place since 2012 and is aimed at directors and managers from head office and the farms of SLC Agrícola.
This edition was done in partnership with the Dom Cabral Foundation, with the participation of professors Paulo Vicente Alves and Joyce Ajuz, who discussed topics such as Industry 4.0 and Leadership 4.0, respectively.
Some of the content, considered strategic, addressed in Industry 4.0 were: Global Scenario (PEST), Scenario Techniques, VUCA Model, Future of Work and Analytical Competition. In Leadership 4.0: Leaders from the Perspective of Industry 4.0, Challenges of Leaders, New Competencies of Exponential Leaders and The Role of Leaders in Culture and Change Processes in Organizations.
