SLC Agrícola participates in a Sustainability event
On the 24th and 25th of October, SLC Agrícola participated in the 5th LATAM ESG 2018 at APIMEC in São Paulo: ESG integration, Pathways to 2050 - ESG (Environment and Social Governance).
The Director of HR and Sustainability Álvaro Dilli participated as a speaker and panelist in the panel on Agribusiness, Water and Forests.
The panel was attended by the WWF and TNC NGOs, the companies Carrefour and Klabin Papel e Celulose and the specialist in involvement from Robeco Holanda, Peter van der Werf. Moderation was carried out by PRI officials (Principles for Responsible Investment).
The discussions addressed projects and partnerships involving the productive sector, NGOs and Governments in order to meet the growing demand for food, especially proteins, of which Brazil will be the protagonist until 2050.
Alvaro Dilli participated as a speaker and panelist in the panel on Agribusiness.
