SLC Agrícola and SLC Sementes participate in the 13th Brazilian Cotton Congress
The 13th edition of the Brazilian Cotton Congress (CBA), which takes place between August 16 and 18, in Salvador (BA), will have the participation of several members of SLC Agrícola in talks, debates and workshops of the event, and the theme for this year is: Brazilian Cotton: Challenges and Perspectives in the New Global Scenario. Aurélio Pavinato, Chief Executive Officer of SLC Agrícola, participates, on the first day of the Congress, in the debate “Science, research and innovation: encouraging today to ensure the future”, to address the future of cotton farming and the importance of research and innovation in the consolidation of the cotton production chain.
This year, for the first time ever, SLC Sementes will be present at the Cotton Congress with an exclusive structure to receive customers and partners of the brand, as well as a complete service team, with Seed Sales and Production teams. Specialists in the theme of cotton seeds from SLC Sementes will be on site to show the specifics of each of the best cultivars produced on SLC Agrícola´s 14 farms, in addition to their services and facilities to producers.
At the SLC Sementes stand, there will be simulations of industrial seed treatment, technical chats and actions with customers and congress participants. All congress members are invited to attend the stand's schedule of events to learn more about seed and cotton fiber quality, biologic management tips, cotton seed care and cotton gin regulation.
