SLC Agrícola leaders participate in the 14th Brazilian Cotton Congress
From September 3 to 5, SLC Agrícola leaders participated in the 14th Brazilian Cotton Congress, held in Fortaleza (Ceará) and promoted by the Brazilian Association of Cotton Producers (Abrapa). The event was attended by over 3,500 participants from 23 Brazilian states and 29 countries. Among the 115 speakers, four of them were from SLC Agrícola: Aurélio Pavinato, CEO; Ivo Brum, Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer; and Fábio Ono and Marquel Holzschuh, Coordinators of Soil and Research.
Pavinato participated, on the first day of the event, in the plenary session "Decades of Challenges and Opportunities: The Protagonism of the Brazilian Cotton in the Perspective of the Brazilian Agricultural Groups." Later, Ivo Brum was at the plenary session "Controllership and Management to Perpetuate the Business." On the second day of the event, Fábio Ono participated in the debate "Production System Models for Cotton: Impacts on Carbon Profile and Inventory on the Soil." On the last day, Marquel participated in the plenary session "Cotton Nutrition."
