SLC Agrícola strengthens its commitment to innovation at the South Summit Brazil 2025
Once again, SLC Agrícola made its presence known at the South Summit Brazil, the main innovation event in Latin America. The 2025 edition, held between April 9 and 11, at Cais Mauá, in Porto Alegre (RS), featured the active participation of three company leaders in strategic panels. SLC was also honored to be one of the partner companies of the event, reaffirming its leading role in transforming the agribusiness sector.
On the first day, the Head of Innovation and Strategy Management, Frederico Logemann, conducted the lecture "SLC: An 80-year-old Startup”, in which he shared the journey of the SLC Group and its contribution to the development of the Brazilian agribusiness — always driven by a culture of continuous innovation.
On the third day, the IT Manager, Rafael Rosa, participated in the panel "Sustainable Agriculture: How AI is redefining rural production,” highlighting the main technological initiatives adopted by SLC and the tangible impacts of artificial intelligence on enhancing efficiency and sustainability in the field.
Concluding the company's participation, CEO Aurélio Pavinato presented the lecture titled "How to sustainably feed 10 billion people." In his speech, Pavinato addressed the global food security challenges and highlighted the relevance of innovation and agricultural productivity in view of the growth of the world population.
