Innovation Day reached its 4th edition at an event held on the afternoon of November 18, at the Caldeira Institute, in Porto Alegre (RS).With the participation of the Executive Board, employees from various departments, and representatives from startups, the main event of the Horizonte SLC was broadcast on YouTube to all employees of the company, showcasing SLC Agrícola’s innovation journey throughout the year.

The executive also presented the innovation programs and portfolio of Horizonte SLC.
"We created this event four years ago to drive innovation, strengthen collaboration, recognize talent, and inspire the future. Throughout this period, we have been assembling the pieces of a grand puzzle that shapes our innovation culture — and Innovation Day is one of these essential components. It exists to give visibility to what we are building, to recognize the efforts of colleagues who work on projects beyond daily tasks, and to promote, disseminate, and communicate our team's movements towards innovation. It is very gratifying to see the results we are delivering to the company."
