SLC Agrícola officers visit farms in Midwest
In July, the Board of Directors of SLC Agrícola carried out visits to farms located in two states in the Central-West Region. In total, 11 Units were visited over five days, in the week between July 12th and 16th. The farms included in the itinerary were those of SLC Agrícola in Mato Grosso do Sul (MS) – Planalto and Pantanal – and Mato Grosso (MT) – Pioneira, Perdizes, Paiaguás and Planorte –, in addition to the farms acquired from Terra Santa, also in MT : Ribeiro do Céu, Mãe Margarida, Guapirama, São José and Terra Santa.
SLC Agrícola reports net income for second quarter of R$447.2 million
SLC Agrícola closed the second quarter of 2021 with a net profit of R$447.2 million. The company, one of the largest grain and fiber producers in Brazil, recorded an increase of 128.1%, compared to the same period last year.

Brazil exports 2.4 million tons of cotton
The Brazilian Association of Cotton Producers (Abrapa) released cotton exports from August 2020 to July 2021. According to the entity, 2.4 million tons of fiber, 23% more than the previous period, recording records.
