SLC Agrícola launches a video and booklet of the Semear Program
In order to reinforce SLC Agrícola's Social Responsibility actions, in December the Company launched a video and a booklet giving informing about the types of disabilities that exist, the best way to live with colleagues that have disabilities and how they can contribute to our daily life.
With the name "Sowing the Inclusion in SLC Agrícola", the video was presented at all the Farms and General Meetings, the video as well as the booklet is available on the Company's intranet.
This action is in line with the Semear Program that seeks to promote the professional development and inclusion of people with disabilities (PWDs) in the workplace.
