Imea detecta adiantamento na semeadura do milho
Em análise realizada até o último dia 11, pelo Instituto Mato-grossense de Economia Agropecuária (Imea), a semeadura do milho no estado avançou 15,18% em relação à semana anterior. Da área total, a porção já semeada chega a 57,09%, e a expectativa é que ao menos 85,39% da área seja semeada dentro da janela ideal. Seguindo essa projeção, o plantio da safra passa a ficar 10,69% acima da média dos últimos cinco anos e 36,19 pontos percentuais em relação à safra anterior.
A região centro-sul do Mato Grosso foi a principal atingida pelos altos volumes de chuva das últimas semanas, avançando 7,35% no plantio, com um total de 26,85% das áreas plantadas. Apesar da diferença na comparação com a estimativa geral do estado, os baixos resultados são historicamente comuns na região.
Ainda assim, o cenário das próximas duas semanas deve ser decisivo para determinar se a safra irá ou não atingir a marca de 85,39% de área plantada dentro do período ideal.
