We won the Top Ser Humano Award!
We won the 2024 Top Ser Humano Award, given by the Brazilian Human Resources Association, Rio Grande do Sul section (ABRH-RS), with the case "Integra — SLC Agrícola's Integration Program," in the Organization category and the Development modality. The 2024 Top Ser Humano award ceremony will take place in Porto Alegre (RS) on November 28, with the attendance of representatives of our Executive Board.
In the case presented, SLC Agrícola underscores its commitment to investing in the development of its teams and its educational platform. Through the Integra Program, it offers training to ensure that new employees experience inclusion, a welcoming workplace and a strong connection to the business. Its main objective is to engage new employees with SLC Agrícola's culture and values, in addition to ensuring that all professionals know and understand the Company's expectations, objectives and policies.

Ensuring that people feel welcomed, that they are integrated with our values and have the opportunity to learn more about our business will remain one of our top priorities.
