“SLC Day” presents new brand for SLC employees
On June 16, SLC hosted another memorable event related to the group's 80th anniversary — known as SLC Day — at the Bourbon Country Theater in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, bringing together leaders and employees. The meeting was also broadcast live to the teams at SLC Agrícola farms and SLC Máquinas units, which organized festive events, marking a symbolic moment of recognition, connection and celebration of SLC’s anniversary for all employees.
SLC Day started with the presentation of a historical and poetic video that revisited the milestones of the Group's eight-decade journey, from its family origins to the present, all underpinned by ethics, innovation and tradition. The event continued with speeches from the CEO of SLC Agrícola, Aurélio Pavinato, and the CEO of SLC Máquinas, Anderson Strada. Both emphasized the strength of working together and the group's continuous development.
SLC Chairman Eduardo Logemann shared his vision on the company's role in building a sustainable future, followed by the Vice Chairman Jorge Logemann, who revised memories and values that have shaped the organizational culture and emphasized the importance of care and attention to detail in every task carried out at the company. Representing the fourth generation of the family, Frederico Logemann, Head of Innovation and Strategy Management at SLC Agrícola, presented the brand's transformation journey and unveiled the new visual identity, developed in collaboration with consulting firm John&Hackmann.
During the official launch of the new brand by John&Hackmann, conceptual videos were presented that conveyed SLC's new positioning: a company that preserves its roots while simultaneously reinventing itself with the courage to tackle future challenges. In the end, the new brand received widespread applause and acclaim.
The event concluded with the traditional "Happy Birthday," sung on stage by the Chairman and Vice Chairman of SLC, along with the executive officers of SLC Agrícola, SLC Máquinas, SLC Institute, SLC Foundation, and SLC Participações, while being joined remotely by the teams from the farms and stores. Subsequently, the participants gathered in the theater lounge for a special breakfast, which included a celebratory cake and opportunities for socializing, along with photos of the teams showcasing the new brand. In the afternoon, the employees received a gift: an insulated cooler box with the 80th anniversary logo. Each one contained an album with 80 stickers showcasing the best moments in SLC's history, along with the special edition of Gazeta Verde, which highlights SLC's eight decades. The same gifts were also delivered at the SLC Agrícola farms and the SLC Máquinas units.
SLC Day was more than just a celebration; it was the reaffirmation of a purpose that spans generations, grounded in strong roots and a forward-looking vision.
