SLC Agrícola receives the Amazing Places to Work award for the third time
This Friday (09), SLC Agrícola received the Amazing Places to Work Award (LIPT) for the third time, an initiative of the Institute of Management Foundation (FIA) and UOL, which recognizes Brazilian companies with the best, healthiest, most pleasant and most productive environments for collaborators. SLC was awarded among large companies.
The award was broadcast live on YouTube and highlighted the main categories, the best companies between large, medium and small, as well as the best CEO.
By being classified once again as an Amazing Place to Work in Brazil, SLC Agrícola mirrors its search for the construction of a work environment in which collaborators feel supported, heard by managers and motivated to do an excellent job. “We strive to offer the best experiences and the best possible climate to all teams, in all of SLC´s work cores. We know that it is through each of our collaborators that we create the company's success stories and win awards like this one”, says Déa Machado, People Management, Communication and Marketing Manager at SLC Agrícola.
The Amazing Places to Work Award reflects the alignment of the company's initiatives with its “Great Dream”, which is SLC Agrícola´s purpose towards a future with more respect for people, the environment, as well as innovation and business excellence.
