SLC Agrícola makes its debut on B3’s Dividend Index
SLC Agrícola, one of Brazil’s leading agricultural commodity producers, became a component of B3's Dividend Index (IDIV) portfolio on January 5, 2026. This index tracks the average performance of stocks that have excelled in rewarding investors by paying dividends and interest on equity.
The IDIV is comprised of a theoretical portfolio of stocks, constructed according to the criteria set forth in the index methodology and the rules outlined in the Concepts and Practices Manual for B3 Indices. The new portfolio composition is now in effect.
SLC Agrícola's inclusion in the index portfolio reflects a track record of financial discipline, corporate governance, and consistent long-term value creation. The Company is one of 52 companies that make up the IDIV.
According to Ivo Brum, Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer at SLC Agrícola, the recognition underscores the Company’s strategic direction. “Becoming a component of the IDIV index is a testament to our consistent cash generation and financial discipline, which are grounded in sustainable results, transparency and a responsible approach to shareholder returns. This is a significant acknowledgment of SLC Agrícola’s financial strength and the predictability of our business model,” he stated.
The executive also points out that the inclusion in the index is directly connected to the Company's ESG agenda. "Our management approach integrates financial performance, responsible practices and robust governance. This synergy is essential to sustaining cash generation, driving operational growth, and delivering balanced value creation for all stakeholders," he added.
The B3 Dividend Index comprises listed companies with the best dividend-yielding stocks over the past 36 months, serving as a benchmark for investors seeking stocks with a consistent track record of payouts.
With its debut on the IDIV, SLC Agrícola strengthens its position as a leading player in Brazilian agribusiness within the capital markets, combining operational efficiency, sustainability, and a strong commitment to its shareholders.
