SLC Agrícola takes education to the State of Mato Grosso
SLC Agrícola sponsored, through Lei Rouanet, the Muda Mundo (Change the World) project, bringing theater closer to 240 children and providing workshops for 5000 teachers from the cities of Querência, Porto dos Gaúchos, Diamantino and Sapezal, located in Mato Grosso.
The project seeks to help teachers to bring values back in the classroom and, along with the children, leverage social transformation.
It is divided into 3 stages. The first is aimed at teachers and its purpose is to be a moment of provocation and reflection on childhood and the role of the school and teacher in the current scenario. The second stage is aimed at children through the presentation of a playful and creative show, designed especially to raise awareness among children. And the last step is the distribution of books to the libraries of the public schools that are participating in the project.
