SLC Agrícola won Top Ser Humano Award
SLC Agrícola won the Top Ser Humano (human being) Award, from the Brazilian Human Resources Association of Rio Grande do Sul (ABRH RS) with the case "Nosso Jeito de Ser (Our Way of Being) - Internal Communication in SLC Agrícola", which recounts the actions and communication strategies that they were made in the last two years. These have generated better results in relation to the perception of employees as to being more present and engaged in the Company. The award was presented in Porto Alegre. Jorge Luiz Logemann, Vice President of the SLC Group and Director of SLC Agrícola S/A received the award on behalf of SLC Agrícola.
