SLC Agrícola is once again in the GPTW Agro ranking
SLC Agrícola was once again elected as one of the best companies in the agricultural segment to work for, according to the Great Place To Work (GPTW) consultancy. In the 2023 edition, the company is among the best large companies in the Agribusiness category. The audit is done by the consultancy in partnership with Globo Rural magazine and with support from Associação Brasileira do Agronegócio [Brazilian Agribusiness Association] (Abag). This year, 199 companies were evaluated.
At the award ceremony, held on June 22, SLC Agrícola was represented by the HR, Sustainability and IT Officer of SLC Agrícola, Álvaro Dilli, the People and Communication Management Manager, Juliana Vencato, and the Regional Manager, Evandro Dal Bem.
Since 2020, SLC Agrícola has been highlighted among large agribusiness companies. The final ranking is divided into three categories: small, medium or large, a list in which SLC Agrícola appears for the fourth consecutive time.
The rank is prepared by the GPTW´s consulting team, which evaluates whether the practices adopted by the companies with employees are aligned with the current labor market, in addition to the status of the Diversity and Inclusion programs and quality of life developed by the companies.
