SLC Agrícola is among the Best Companies to Work for in Agribusiness
SLC Agrícola, one of the world's largest grain and fiber producers, has won yet anothe recognition in the area of people management. For the third consecutive year, the company was included in the "Best Companies to Work For in Agribusiness" rank, compiled by the Great Place to Work (GPTW) consulting firm and released last Tuesday (6/07).
In the 2022 edition, SLC Agrícola is among the top seven in the large company category, among the 15 assessed. According to Déa Machado, Manager of People Management and Corporate Communication at SLC Agrícola, this achievement recognizes the various actions aimed at the development of collaborators. "One of the main pillars of SLC Agrícola is to invest in programs, training and growth processes for leaders and teams. This recognition from GPTW shows that we are moving forward and we want to provide our people with even more excellent working conditions.
About GPTW
GPTW publishes over 40 rankings annually, awarding the Best Companies to Work For in the national, regional, sectoral (such as IT and Healthcare) and thematic (Best Companies for Women) areas. The ranking methodology is based on criteria, such as: Climate Survey, conducted among the employees to measure the quality of the work environment.
Another point assessed are statements from collaborators about why the organization is a great place to work, how it could become even better as well as culture practices, in which the company reports its initiatives according to GPTW´s methodology.
