SLC Agrícola ranked among the 150 Best Companies to Work For in Brazil
Great Place To Work (GPTW) as one of the 150 Best Companies to Work For in Brazil in 2022, ranking 48th among large companies. The ranking assesses companies with the best organizational culture based on the dimensions Credibility, Respect, Impartiality, Pride and Camaraderie, as well as indicators of employee satisfaction and quality in Human Resource management. SLC Agrícola also appeared in GPTW Rio Grande do Sul’s 2022 ranking for large companies for the fourth year in a row.
The company was represented at a ceremony held in São Paulo (SP) on October 17 by Eduardo Logemann (SLC’s President), Aurélio Pavinato (Chief Executive Officer at SLC Agrícola), Leonardo Celini (Chief Operating Officer), Álvaro Dilli (Director of HR, Sustainability and IT), Ivo Brum (Chief Financial and IR Officer), Gustavo Lunardi (Director of Procurement and Seed Production), Frederico Logemann (Innovation and Strategic Planning Manager), Déa Machado (People, Communications and Marketing Manager) and Ronei Sana (Digital Agriculture Manager).
For Déa Machado, People, Communications and Marketing Manager at SLC Agrícola, the prize represents key recognition of the company’s collaborative efforts to build an appropriate and inspiring work environment for all. "We believe that human capital is our greatest asset, and we are consistently seeking to simplify roles and guarantee adequate communication in order to better understand the processes behind high-level performance," she affirmed.
