SLC Agrícola is one of the Best Companies to Work for in RS, according to GPTW ranking
For the fourth consecutive year, SLC Agrícola is in the ranking of the Best Companies to Work for in Rio Grande do Sul (RS). The ranking is put together by consultancy company Great Place To Work (GPTW) and was released last Tuesday (10/04), based on collaborator satisfaction data and quality indicators of people management. SLC Agrícola was among the 10 Best Companies to Work in the State, in the large companies
"It is very gratifying to realize that the path taken so far has consolidated into this recognition, but mainly because being included in the GPTW RS ranking is the result of an assessment made by our collaborators, who are the biggest reason behind the work done by SLC Agrícola. It is an incentive for new projects and ideas to come so that we can continue among the best companies to work for”, Déa Machado celebrates, Manager of People Management, Communication and Marketing at SLC Agrícola.
