SLC Agrícola is an Amazing Place to Work
SLC Agrícola received, for the first time, the “Incredible Places to Work” award in the FIA Employee Experience (FEEx) survey. This award is an initiative of the Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA) that highlights Brazilian companies with the highest levels of satisfaction among their employees. Winners are defined based on the results of the FIA Employee Experience survey.
With this award, SLC Agrícola was recognized as one of the 20 most amazing large companies in Brazil to work for.
The company's Units celebrate this achievement and also the award for The Best Companies in People Management, granted by consultancy Mercer and by Valor Econômico. It was the 3rd time that the Company received this award.
