SAP 2025 on Paladino farm reinforces sustainable practices
The 2025 edition of the Annual Production Seminar (SAP), our main field event, was held on May 20-22 at the Paladino farm, in the state of Bahia. The meeting brought together around 200 participants — including leaders, employees and guest speakers, as well as SLC's CEO, Eduardo Logemann — with the goal of fostering the exchange of experiences between the units and the head office, promoting innovative solutions and disseminating strategic knowledge. This year's theme, "By Innovating Efficiently and Sustainably, We Strengthen Our Roots," highlighted the company's commitment to a more sustainable and connected future.
On the first day, the schedule included visits to the farm and five thematic stations set up directly in the field: Plant Health, Innovation, Mechanization, Production, and Soils. In these sessions, the leaders of each area presented relevant practices and innovations, fostering a direct technical dialogue with the participants.
In the following two days, the event was transferred to the city of Luís Eduardo Magalhães (Bahia), where lectures were held with 14 specialists, organized into five thematic panels: Soils, Plant Health, Technology and New Business, Irrigation, Innovation and Mechanization. The lectures were also broadcast online to leaders who could not be present.
At the closing, recognition trophies were awarded in the categories of Most Profitable Crop, Mechanization, and Productivity. The event was concluded with the inspiring lecture "Leadership and Legacy," delivered by a renowned specialist in People Management, followed by the display of a video with the best moments of SAP 2025 — an exciting record that showcased the spirit of unity and purpose of the event.
More than a technical seminar, SAP 2025 served as a strategic platform for integration, dissemination of knowledge and recognition of the people who shape SLC Agrícola’s journey every day. Each knowledge exchange, each recognition, and every new idea shared underscores our dedication to sustainable innovation and operational excellence. We continue to deepen our roots with responsibility and a forward-looking vision, confident that it is through collective effort that we cultivate lasting results and a legacy that endures for generations.
