On March 7, Pamplona Farm (GO) received a delegation of 41 participants of the Brazilian Cotton School course, promoted by the four main entities of the cotton chain: Abrapa, ABIT, ANEA and BBM. The aim of the course is to disseminate knowledge in order to train more qualified professionals in the cotton chain, contributing to the growth of the sector in Brazil.
The delegation was received by the Farm Manager, Marcelo Peglow, and by the Production Coordinator, Diego Goldschmidt, who talked about the cotton production at the SLC Agrícola Unit. Moreover, the COO, Leonardo Celini, taught a class on the course, at Abrapa headquarters.
The Brazilian Cotton School benefits everyone involved in the cotton chain: producers, traders, textile industry, banks, lawyers, brokers, logistics and more. The course is considered a benchmark in education for the Brazilian cotton.
