Once again, we are among the Best Companies to Work for in Agribusiness!
SLC Agrícola is once again one of the best agribusiness companies to work for, according to the survey conducted by the consulting firm Great Place To Work (GPTW)! The Company ranks 19th in the GPTW Agribusiness ranking, in the Large Companies category. This is the sixth consecutive time that SLC Agrícola is among the best. The award ceremony took place on May 13, in São Paulo (SP). The award for SLC Agrícola was received by Álvaro Dilli, Director of HR, Sustainability, and IT; Leonardo Celini, Chief Operations Officer; Juliana Vencato, People Management and Corporate Communication Manager; and Geraldo Júnior, Regional Human Resources Coordinator.
Now in its seventh year, the GPTW Agribusiness ranking is based on anonymous employee climate surveys, allowing for a comprehensive assessment of various organizational dimensions. SLC Agrícola has a team of over 6,000 employees. We have developed a structured set of initiatives aimed at development and training, which include performance evaluation, talent management, promotion of diversity and inclusion, as well as actions focusing on health and well-being. Last year, thousands of employees participated in our organizational climate survey, an essential tool for gauging team engagement and satisfaction.
