Lecture marks the start of 2024 Integrity Week
On April 29, SLC Agrícola launched one more edition of Integrity Week, organized by the Compliance Area. The events started with a lecture by José Carlos Deotti, founder of Compliance Brazil Consultoria and creator of the Compliance Officer de Sucesso method. The lecture brought together dozens of employees at the auditorium in the head office in Porto Alegre (RS) and in our 22 Farms.
Deotti highlighted SLC Agrícola’s values and drew a parallel between the company’s work and our role as employees and citizens. “A company built on integrity does everything the way it should be done. By acting with integrity and teaching it to our children, we can make our country a better place”, he said.
At the headquarters and the farms, employees received gifts for participating in the event. They also interacted by placing stickers on colleagues with outstanding characteristics, such as responsibility, transparency and respect.
During the Integrity Week, other actions have been planned to involve employees and engage them in the principles of integrity and ethics.
