Another achievement of the GPTW Agro Award!
We are, once again, one of the best agribusiness companies to work for, according to the survey conducted by the consulting firm Great Place To Work (GPTW)! Established six years ago, the GPTW Agribusiness ranking is formulated based on the collection of climate surveys conducted with employees anonymously, enabling the evaluation of various aspects within organizations. SLC Agrícola ranks 12th in the GPTW Agribusiness ranking, in the Large Companies category. This marks the fifth straight time that the company has been among the top performers. The award ceremony took place on June 25th in the city and state of São Paulo. The Regional Human Resources Coordinator, Jovana Oliveira, and the Pioneira Farm Manager (Mato Grosso), Rafael Kinn, received the award on behalf of SLC Agrícola.
With more than 5,000 employees, we offer a set of structured development and training initiatives, covering performance evaluation, talent management, and promotion of diversity and inclusion, and health and well-being, among other areas. In 2023, more than 2,000 permanent employees participated in the climate survey, which allows measuring engagement and satisfaction.
