SLC Agrícola receives the “Best in People Management” award
SLC Agrícola was recognized nationally with the "Best in People Management" award. The award is evaluated through a study conducted by Mercer (a global leader in consulting in the field) in partnership with the newspaper Valor Econômico (Brazil's largest and most influential business and economy newspaper). Using the methodology that is applied in more than 100 countries, the study measures the Companies in their totality in the indices of Prosperity and Involvement, under eight dimensions: Culture of Integrity, Organizational Agility, Responsible Leadership, Healthy Work Environment, Fair Compensation, Attractive Careers, Prosperous Individuals, and Involvement.
The awards ceremony took place on November 12 in São Paulo. They ceremony was attended by the Director of HR and Sustainability Alvaro Dilli, the HR Manager Déa Machado and the Mid-West Regional Manager, Marcio Silveira.
