SLC Agrícola is now a company certified by Great People Mental Health, a part of GPTW — Great Place To Work, which proves excellence in promoting the mental health of its employees in the workplace and providing a caring environment with psychological safety for employees.
The Emotional Health Highlight seal was created through a partnership between Great People Mental Health and GPTW, with the aim of recognizing the best organizations for taking care of people. This recognition is exclusive to companies that participate in the GPTW Brazil rankings. More than six thousand companies were analyzed, with two million employees impacted, resulting in the recognition of more than 80 companies.
SLC Agrícola registered 78 points in the index, which means that the company is in the Operational Stage. According to the evaluation, "the company has a more protocol-based approach to mental health. Employees feel that there is a challenge on the part of leaders in addressing the topic. Benefits in this area are a reality. There is room to train leaders about their role in the emotional management of teams".
