People Management area of SLC Agrícola featured in agricultural and human resources podcasts
The People Management area of SLC Agrícola was featured in two podcasts. Déa Machado, the People Management and Corporate Communication manager, participated in the podcasts “Palavra do Campo” organized by Globo Rural magazine and “O Que Você Faria” by the ISE Business School.
Globo Rural also prominently featured the company in an article in its latest issue about the new professional in the field, in which Álvaro Dilli, the Human Resources and Sustainability manager, and Jocileia Ribeiro da Silva, an agricultural technician at the Planeste Farm in Maranhão, participated.
On both podcasts, Déa Machado highlighted the new forms of work in the agribusiness, the new profile of the professional in the field, the transformations the segment has been undergoing in recent years and some of the initiatives rolled out by the area at SLC Agrícola.
