SLC Agrícola wins Incredible Places to Work Awards for second straight year
SLC Agrícola, one of the world's largest producers of grains and fibers, received for the second straight year one of the most important recognitions in People Management: the Incredible Places to Work Awards sponsored by the business school Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA) in partnership with UOL. The award recognizes Brazilian companies with the highest employee satisfaction rates, and SLC Agrícola was included in the ranking formed by 120 large companies.
Employees completed anonymously and digitally the FIA Employee Experience (FEEx) survey on which the award is based, which included evaluations of the CEO and other leaders and their level of satisfaction with the organizational climate. According to the results, SLC Agrícola performed well in dimensions such as career, health, safety and quality of life, recognition and compensation, processes and organization and participation and autonomy, figuring above the average of other participants.
This year, with the Covid-19 pandemic, the award highlighted especially the efforts made by companies to ensure a healthy, pleasant and productive workplace. "Once again, SLC Agrícola was recognized among large companies in awards for people management. The recognition reflects one of our key pillars: People. Without our highly qualified employees committed to the business we would not be able to become a sustainable company that drives advances in agriculture. Even during a pandemic, we continued to focus on our strategy of investing in and developing people. We continue to focus on ensuring a safe workplace for everyone and on delivering excellent results," commemorated Aurélio Pavinato, CEO of SLC Agrícola.
